In this impactful role, you’ll be the driving force behind apprentices’ personal and professional growth, working closely with Trainer Assessors to provide proactive pastoral support and ensure a rich, well-rounded apprenticeship experience. From guiding apprentices with additional support needs to delivering engaging lessons on health, financial literacy, and career planning, you'll be essential to their journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Success: Track apprentice progress, create action plans, and deliver enriching activities that contribute to the apprentices' overall experience.
- Engage and Support: Foster apprentices' wellbeing, from safeguarding and PSHE to professional development and life skills.
- Deliver and develop: A curriculum that fully supports the personal and professional development of apprentices
- Build Connections: Conduct reviews in the workplace, develop relationships with employers, and gather feedback to influence curriculum innovation.
About You:
You’ll have experience working with young people or adults, a strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, and skills in IT and communication. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability make you a perfect fit for this dynamic, impactful role.
