Are you ready to lead and innovate in the education sector? We're looking for a forward-thinking Quality Assurance Leader to ensure the highest standards in our Pre-Employability and Online Learning programs, including the Step into Programme and Sector Based Work Academies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement in pre-apprenticeship and adult provision, delivering high-quality learning experiences and exceeding performance targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations, from curriculum delivery to performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Lead and support a team of educators, setting clear objectives and managing workloads effectively.
- Collaborate with partners like Wigan Borough Council, WWL, and JCP to meet local needs and ensure program success.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including attendance, achievement, and retention, using data to fuel improvement strategies.

What You Bring:
- Proven leadership in education or training, with a strong understanding of quality assurance.
- Experience managing teams and driving improvements through data analysis and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with employers, staff, and partners
