We are looking to appoint a Management / Team leader Trainer Assessor to our highly motivated and creative team. This Trainer Assessor will be required to carry out workplace assessments and prepare apprentices for end-point assessment for apprentices enrolled onto the following apprenticeship standards at level 3 - 5:
Team leader or supervisor
Operations or departmental manager
This role also includes carrying out reviews and setting action plans for apprentices, including SMART Targets and the delivery of wider skills topics and Functional Skills up to level 2. The role will also include developing the College’s offer in this sector in conjunction with employer partners and awarding bodies.
Suitable candidates must have recognised industry qualifications/experience and ideally be confident in all aspects of workplace assessment using an electronic portfolio system. Assessment qualifications (TAQA, A1, V1 or equivalent), are desirable, however candidates without these will be considered and will need to work towards achievement as part of the role.
