An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our FAB Futures team; we are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about helping people to engage and succeed in education and who understands that choosing the right course has significant impact on raising the aspirations of young people and adults.
You will be a driving force within a team dedicated to providing our potential students with the necessary information and guidance they need to undertake a course at college and go on to realise their ambitions as well as to ensure effective planning and reporting underpins the service delivery.
This role would be ideal for someone who has significant experience of delivering advice and guidance to others,, who has outstanding business administration skills and who is both self-motivated and able to motivate others to achieve results.
The role will provide the right individual with variety, challenge and great satisfaction in being a part of wider team that is committed to developing and influencing the workforce of the future.
The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Employees will, in accordance with statutory guidance, be subject to a comprehensive checking process including references from current and previous employers, health, right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check and a further check against the appropriate barred list. To comply with legislation, you are required to obtain a DBS check for your role. We will be asking Protocol National Ltd/Esafeguarding Ltd to undertake this process on our behalf.
