About the Role
We are seeking an experienced painting and decorating professional with proven industry expertise. You will:
- Order and organise tools, materials, and equipment.
- Operate the stores and maintain workshop stock levels.
- Prepare and set up workshops and equipment for classes.
- Ensure that health and safety standards are met at all times within the workshops.
- Assist with learner supervision and provide practical guidance where needed.
- Demonstrate the use of tools and equipment to support learner development.

- Experience in painting & decorating up to a professional standard.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety in a workshop environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
