We’re a close-knit team covering HR, Payroll, Staff Development and all aspects of Staff Engagement and Enrichment—working together to make Wigan & Leigh College a fantastic place to work and learn. We are looking for two new apprentices to work with the team as our College community continues to grow.
As our new HR Apprentice, you will:
- Get involved in real HR processes, policies, and reporting
- Collaborate across departments to support the full employee journey
- Learn and grow in a supportive, values-driven team
- Help us shape the future of our staff community
