About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Civil Engineering Lecturer to inspire and support our learners. You will:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in civil engineering, from fundamentals to advanced topics.
- Share your industry knowledge and expertise to prepare learners for successful careers.
- Support and guide learners to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive and professional learning environment.
- Contribute to the continuous development of our civil engineering provision, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of industry practice.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong background in civil engineering, ideally with industry or project experience.
- A passion for education, skills development, and shaping the next generation of professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A teaching qualification is desirable – but if you don’t have one, don’t worry! We’ll support you to gain your teaching qualifications as part of your journey with us.
