What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in painting and decorating – whether in industry or through your own business.
• A passion for your trade and a desire to inspire others.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop in a teaching environment.
• A teaching qualification is desirable, but if you don’t have one – don’t worry! We’ll support you in gaining your teaching qualifications as part of your journey with us.
