What You'll Do:
· Coach and assess apprentices working towards their levels 2 and 3 apprenticeships in Healthcare and Senior Healthcare Support Worker standards
· Deliver teaching and learning sessions, conduct workplace assessments, and guide apprentices toward achieving their qualifications and apprenticeship assessment.
· Carry out formal workplace reviews with apprentices and their employers.
· Work closely with employers to create tailored action plans that ensure apprentices are on track to achieve their end goal.
· Support apprentices with personal development and broader workplace skills.
· Play a key role in shaping the future of the apprentices to become qualified, confident professionals.
What You'll Bring:
· A nursing qualification in a preferred specialism of adult nursing, theatres or mental health and real-world industry experience
. Management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting would be preferred
. Experience of delivering apprenticeships or educational programme equivalents is desired but with the right qualifications and industry experience, we will support and champion the right candidate
· An assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, V1) is desirable, but we are happy to support the right candidate in achieving this.
· A high level of professionalism, skill and motivation with a passion is to inspire students to excel and achieve the highest standards within the sector.
· Knowledge of the new standards and apprenticeship assessment processes would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
